DIALOGUE
In this lesson, your tutor will help you go over this topic: sleep. First, read the following dialogue out loud with your tutor, then switch roles and try again.
Devin and Emily are talking about sleep.

Devin: Are you a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper?

Emily: I’m a light sleeper because any noise disturbs me. What about you?

Devin: I’m a heavy sleeper and a night owl because I can sleep through anything, and I go to bed late.

Emily: I’m a morning person. Do you use an alarm clock?

Devin: No, I can wake up without one.

Emily: Do you like to nap?

Devin: Of course! I love to nap.

Emily: I don’t take naps. Have you ever had a nightmare?

Devin: I seldom have nightmares, but I dream a lot.

Emily: If I go to bed late, I sometimes have nightmares.
